2. Data we collect

Browsing (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 exclusively for statistical purposes, collecting aggregated data such as visited pages, device type and browser. We do not perform individual tracking, custom events, and GA4 does not store IP addresses by default.

Contact form

When contacting us, we collect full name, email, phone and reason for contact. This information is sent via EmailJS to the clinic’s email.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handle requests sent via the form (reply messages, send quotes, schedule consultations) — legal basis: pre-contractual procedures or legitimate interest.
• Measure audience and improve the site through aggregated browsing statistics with Google Analytics 4 — legal basis: legitimate interest under applicable data protection laws.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use marketing or behavioral tracking cookies. Google Analytics 4 is used solely for basic, aggregated statistical analysis, without direct user identification, profiling, or cookie consent banners.

5. Data sharing

• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): audience measurement.
• EmailJS Pte. Ltd.: forwarding of form messages to the Clinic's email (servers in the USA/AWS, according to company policy).

6. International transfers

When transferring to countries outside Brazil (such as Google or EmailJS), we adopt appropriate contractual and technical safeguards, in compliance with LGPD.

7. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access control. EmailJS states it uses encrypted storage on AWS servers.

8. Retention

• Form messages: kept for as long as necessary for service and legal obligations.
• Google Analytics data: retained according to tool settings (2 to 14 months).

9. Data subject rights
